You can share your example with us to help measure and document the effects of the new mechanism.

You do not need to have actually placed the order. A shopping cart simulation showing the value of the goods and the estimated duties is sufficient.

No name is required. Please do not include any personal information in screenshots, such as your name, address, telephone number, order number, or any other identifying information.

We are interested in all results, not only the most striking cases. A shopping cart where the new duty had only a small or reasonable impact is equally valuable to our study.

How we use the data

The information collected will be used to document the effects of the new European customs mechanism. Statistical results will be processed and presented in anonymised form.
